Frequently Asked Questions about our Retreats:

All our retreats are in Utah County, Utah right now.
We ask that you attend only if you are able to come to the full retreat. If your schedule is such that you would need a different retreat length in order to attend, please let us know at EsperoRetreat@gmail.com! We are open to all considerations that would allow more moms to attend!
We love little ones, but we ask that you come to the retreat kid free. This will allow you and the other moms to participate fully without distraction (even though babies are the best distractions!).
We provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with snacks that are available throughout the day. You are always welcome to bring food or snacks from home if you’d like.
If you have a specific dietary need (allergy or preference), please let us know in the form we will send you to fill out once you are confirmed for a retreat date. We do our best to accommodate, but we will let you know if you will need to supplement with your own food.
You! Ok, admittedly there are a few other things that would be good for you to have too. Once you are confirmed for a retreat date, you will receive a full packing list. You’ll mostly just need clothes and personal items, we provide food and everything you’ll need to participate in activities. The one other thing you’ll need is a value exchange to share with the other ladies at the retreat.
We serve mothers of autistic children. We know that getting an official diagnosis is difficult and that there’s a good chance you don’t have one. What’s more, you may have a diagnosis, but for something else… It is very common for children on the autism spectrum to be misdiagnosed with other disorders such as ADHD or ODD. Although we want to help all moms (our hearts go out to all of you!), our main focus is on moms of kids with autism. If you have any inkling your child might be on the autism spectrum, please feel free to apply!
