Value Exchange

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and donors, the retreat hard costs are covered. We ask each mom to bring or offer a value exchange for their entrance. 

This is ANYTHING you can bring to lighten and lift other participants. Got a great cookie recipe from Grandma? Bring the recipe to share or, better yet, bring a few dozen cookies for moms to sample. Know some great songs? Come sing for us or lead us in a song circle. Are you a poet? Bring copies of one of your poems for other moms to take home with them.  

Ideally, the Value Exchange is something that helps us learn more about you. Really this is about you and your offering being welcomed whole heartedly into this incredible community.
